Describe your role: My role is to reach potential new customers by initiating conversation and relaying Cendyn’s mission and product benefits.

What attracted you to Cendyn? Cendyn’s company culture and people are what initially attracted me. Our innovative products and global expansion were the cherry on top.

How do your strengths play into the work you do? In a sales role, you have to be confident with a self-motivating attitude.  I can be overly talkative and overly persistent, so collectively these attributes naturally cause me to try to perform my best in all circumstances.

Define hospitality in your own words: Hospitality is the business of taking care of people, whether they be guests, family, friends or colleagues, and making each interaction personable, memorable and impactful.

What do you like to do for fun? I enjoy spending my free time outdoors, either hiking in the mountains or laying on the beach. Going to live music events probably tops the list.

Parting words of wisdom: You can turn any situation into a learning experience, it’s all about perception.
