The Hostellerie’s new website, designed and developed by Cendyn, was launched in January 2024. As the focal point of its digital marketing strategy, this initiative also included the launch of SEA and metasearch campaigns.

Thanks to optimized metasearch and paid search campaigns, the hotel has improved its online distribution to increase its visibility, capture qualified demand, and boost traffic to its site. This strategy has led to a significant increase in direct bookings.

The hotel achieved a 276% increase in the volume of bookings on its website, resulting in a 694% increase in revenue. SEA campaigns performed particularly well, with ROAS increasing from 2.85x to 28.05x. Site traffic also grew by 182%. In addition, the optimized user experience reduced the bounce rate by 19%.
