Maybourne Hotel Group leverages Cendyn Booking Engine to drive direct bookings

THE CHALLENGE

Maybourne Hotel Group owns and operates some of the world’s most famous luxury hotels. When the group decided that it wanted to upgrade its digital presence, it selected the new luxury hotels version of our booking engine.

One of their main reasons for selecting our booking engine was its extensive customization options, allowing the guest booking experience to reflect the unique character and identity of each Maybourne hotel.

THE SOLUTION

Cendyn had developed a new version of the booking engine, specifically for luxury hotels.

Maybourne Hotel Group selected this product for its ability to bring their five, unique, premium hotel brands to life, whilst being fully interoperable with their CRS. With Cendyn, the group was able to develop a results driven approach to drive direct bookings across their properties:
