Vacancéole leverages Cendyn digital ads services and reaches +195% of revenue
THE CHALLENGE
In May 2020, just after the Covid-19 restrictions were lifted, Vacancéole wanted to proactively record and capture direct bookings for the vacation season. They planned to:
- Strengthen their search coverage
- Improve the relevance of promotions to accelerate the booking process and get a return on ad spend
THE SOLUTION
It was imperative for the hotelier to create an account structure that allowed for agility and speed as the campaigns were reactivated (after being paused during the pandemic). Our teams of Google Premier Partner experts therefore restructured the client’s Google Ads account at every level to take advantage of automation best practices.
We implemented a simple, dynamic new structure powered by intelligent bidding strategies, following the guidelines of creative excellence and leveraging a dynamic creative solution such as Ad Customizer.
As a result, ads are more relevant to each user, increasing their effectiveness and conversion rate.

The new Google Ads account structure implemented on May 11, 2020 and the efforts of our experts led the hotel to increase its live sales by 195%, with an excellent return on ad spend (ROAS) of over 47%.
